  4. Great suggestions! My favourite addition to my natural skin care regime so far has been to use Jojoba Oil as a face moisturizer. Since it closely resembles skins natural sebum it is an awesome moisturizer and decreases oily skin. Its also full of good stuff like vitamin e and is anti inflammatory, win win 🙂

  5. I love the grapefruit and pomegranate photo and the first photo. I had one question though, with the Tumeric…..do you apply it to your face, or just eat it? Prob a stupid question, but I cook with it all the time, and it seems to stain everything in its path.
